Thank you for shopping at Italy Now. We stand behind the quality of our Italian products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You must request a return within this time frame to be eligible.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (unworn or unused)

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at dominic@touritalynow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at dominic@touritalynow.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., soaps, lotions, perfumes)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item. Once approved, you may place a new order.
